                      MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
                        · Act as liaison between prospective customers and 
                        the sales teams or Solution Partners to identify their 
                        business processes, systems and product requirements
                        · Document prospective customers' specification, communicate 
                        these back to the sales teams or Solution Partners, utilise 
                        and coordinate all available resources to ensure appropriate 
                        solutions are provided to meet those needs
                        · Anticipate, research, identify and develop solutions 
                        to prospective customers' problems
                        · Understand the prospective customers' business and 
                        the issues they face in order to ensure that effective 
                        strategic solutions are provided
                        · Support aspects of the sales cycle including tender 
                        responses, putting together proposals and conducting feasibility 
                        studies and market research
                        · Provide in-depth technical training to Solution Partners
                        · Advise, assist and provide relief to the Technical 
                        Analyst team when required.
