              Technical Consultant - Computer Telephony
               Envox , is today the leading provider 
                of Communications Development Platform for the enterprise and 
                public network . As part of its growth in Asia Pacific, we are 
                now looking for a talented Technical Consultant to join our team 
                based in Beijing. 
              You will be responsible for providing outstanding 
                support and service to our partners in China.
              The responsibilities are:
              Providing technical support via email and 
                phone
               Provide Envox partners with technical 
                advise on development of applications using Envox. This would 
                entail development and testing of integration between Envox and 
                Speech enabling technologies like Text to Speech & Auto Speech 
                Recognition. 
              Conduct hands on training for Envox partners 
                on an on going basis
              Actively work on pre-sales technical demonstrations 
                together with the technical sales manager.
               Required Skills & Experience
              4 years experience as a Programmer or Developer.
              At least 2 years experience in working 
                on Computer Telephony applications such as IVR, CTI or Call Centres 
                . 
              Knowledge of Computer Telephony development 
                tools and programming languages such as C, C++ or Visual Basic.
              Excellent verbal & presentation skills
