 1.Support Resource (Based in Beijing)  
                Provide Post Sales support for EVIP initially and then move 
                  on to support IQTAlk, MTC and IPCC eventually. EVIP, IQTalk, MTC are Intervoice IVR product range, IPCC is 
                  Intervoice Contact Center solution. Provide Training. Be able to conduct technical training certification 
                  for partners. Provide Pre-sales consultation effort to major project. Spearhead the IPCC product for China Ensure Localization and 
                  product readiness for IPCC to be launch in China. Act as a pool pre-post sales resource to the Asia Pacific 
                  support team. Overall China Quotas carrier for Enterprise business. Converse fluently in Mandarin and English.   2.Sales Resource (Based in Beijing)  
                Develop Intervoice business other than FSI sector via new 
                  acquisition of partners in China.Achieve revenue, profitability and expense objectives.Assign verticals and accounts to partners (outside FSI).Provides assistance and/or escalation with different customer 
                  problems, channel conflict, and participates in important negotiations 
                  with key customers.Assists in planning sales strategy.Familiar with Contact Center and Telco Business in China.Sales Quotas carrier for Enterprise business.Converse fluently in Mandarin and English. 3. Sales Engineer (Based in Shenzhen) 
                Providing technical, marketing and application support in 
                  both sales presentations and product demonstrations. Operating in a consultancy role and be responsible for working 
                  with the customer at many different levels of their organization. 
                Providing answers to customer inquiries concerning system 
                  software and applications. This is a customer facing role. Assisting sales team in achieving quarterly and yearly targets. 
                Preparing and coordination of quotations and commercial l/ 
                  technical proposals for formal RFP responses. Ensuring latest technical presentations and collateral are 
                  available for the sales team. Acting as liaison and territory expert with product management, 
                  product marketing and operations to ensure that the corporate 
                  office responds to customer needs and that ultimate customer 
                  success is achieved. 
                Required is a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical 
                  Engineering or related field or the equivalent background plus 
                  at least 5 years of related experience; The ideal candidate must have the ability to quickly get started 
                  and understand and explain relate technical product and configuration 
                  issues; Experience selling products such as Voice/Text/Multimedia 
                  Messaging, SMS, Prepaid and other value added network services 
                  to telecommunication service providers; Established contacts within the telecommunication industry 
                  and good overall understanding of the telecommunications industry 
                  and products; Any previous work experience or good understanding of IMS 
                  and Video Messaging is a big plus; Good understandings of various signaling protocols such as 
                  SS7, SIP, H.323, ISDN, etc; Proven track record in consistently meeting / exceeding sales 
                  goals; Able to identify and handle complex issues requiring a high 
                  level of expertise in decision-making; Able to handle large, critical and / or complex accounts; 
                Fluency in written and spoken English; 30-40% travel within China is required.
