職責(zé)：

　　負(fù)責(zé)AudioCodes全線語(yǔ)音產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)支持，包括VoIP語(yǔ)音網(wǎng)關(guān)及CTI開(kāi)發(fā)支持；
要求：

1. 對(duì)IP電話技術(shù)有扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)；有VoIP行業(yè)或產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 有一種語(yǔ)音板卡開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或呼叫中心開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 熟悉一號(hào)信令、ISDN及7號(hào)信令；
4. 良好的中文及英文溝通能力；
5. 對(duì)技術(shù)支持工作有熱心。
