 Inside Sales Account Manager (銷售主管) 
                通過電話銷售的方式發(fā)展客戶,代表世界知名網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技公司銷售其網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)品和解決方案,在電話上獨(dú)立完成銷售,達(dá)到銷售指標(biāo); 保存和管理客戶的資料和信息,有效和客戶溝通,建立長期穩(wěn)定和合作關(guān)系; 配合原廠銷售人員,相互協(xié)作,共同尋找銷售機(jī)會(huì)、制定銷售計(jì)劃、進(jìn)行銷售預(yù)測(cè),完成指定區(qū)域內(nèi)雙方共同的銷售目標(biāo); 在銷售過程中,向客戶提供技術(shù)方案、產(chǎn)品咨詢、報(bào)價(jià)等相關(guān)信息。 職位要求: 
 
                大專及以上學(xué)歷, IT 專業(yè)或IT行業(yè)工作背景,2-4年銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn); 熟悉網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)品知識(shí)和解決方案; 熟悉CISCO網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)先; 出色的電話溝通技巧和談判能力; 熱愛銷售工作,態(tài)度積極主動(dòng); 適應(yīng)壓力下工作,能夠有效地進(jìn)行自我調(diào)節(jié)和自我激勵(lì); 良好的時(shí)間管理技能和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力; 良好的英文聽力和書面表達(dá)能力。 Line Manager (Networking Products) Job Purpose: 
                The line manager will lead inside sales to make sales on behalf 
                  of a leading international networking company.  Job Responsibilities:  
                Develop sales objectives, plans and strategy for the team, 
                  and assign task for each sales personDevelop motivation mechanism, incentive program and career

                To lead the Insides Sales team to achieve sales quota for 
                  networking products in mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Job Responsibilities:
 
                Requirements:Define the objectives and strategies of the project, ensuring 
                  successful achievement of targeted sales goals. Develop procedures, systems and process to improve performance 
                  of project. Monitor, identify and resolve performance issues using prescribed 
                  performance management techniques Review sales statistics on a regular basis and provide constructive 
                  feedback Communicate with client on partnership, program changes and 
                  other operational issues Establish motivational and recognition mechanism and career 
                  path to drive a high level of performance, as well as to retain 
                  the sales force Anticipate operation problems and propose resolutions in a
