Partnership will bring voice, SMS, IM solutions to Arab world

Voxeo, the leading provider of Unlocked Communications™ solutions and 2Share (Emerging Technology Holding Co.), the pioneer of voice portals & enabler of voice recognition technologies in the Arab world, today announced a partnership that will bring Unified Self-Service™ solutions for phone channels such as IVR, SMS, Instant Messaging, and others to countries like Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Egypt.

Customers will benefit from this relationship since they do not need to invest in hardware, software or IT staff to operate a system that is provided by 2Share and Voxeo.
